Presenter: Damian McGrath, LLB, TEP

Damian is an AVP with the Estate and Trust Solutions team for Souls Trust Company. He brings over 20 years’ experience in estate planning and trust law. He has deep expertise in trust services for the provinces of AB, SK and BC. Previously, Damian worked in private legal practice, and held an estate and trust consultancy role with a bank-owned trust company. Known for his impartial guidance and integrity, Damian takes a practical approach to helping clients with their estate, trust, philanthropic and legacy planning needs.

Damian is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He earned a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London.
