In this presentation, Blair Botsford, will examine the legal basis for requiring fiduciaries such as executors, trustees, attorneys for property and guardians of property, to account for their financial and other decisions as well as the required form of financial accounts. 


Blair will also discuss who is entitled to request an accounting and when. Additionally, we will review some tips and tricks to help fiduciaries stay onside.

Blair was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997Since that time her practice has been focused in the area of trusts and estates. Plan well. Live well. Leave an organized estate. This has been Blair's mantra throughout her career as she coaches domestic and cross-border clients through the estate and succession planning process.
