Selling a business is best thought of as a process, rather than an event. With the knowledge of things that may impact valuation and deal structure, clients will be more prepared to align their day to day decision making with exit planning strategies.  Don’t wait until it’s too late to begin having these important conversations. For Advisors from all disciplines.
