Advance Care Planning (ACP) is an essential component to life planning. This critical process invites Canadians to reflect and discuss with those closest to them their wishes for their future health and/or personal care should they no longer be able to speak for themselves.

More and more Canadians are having these important conversations and turning to lawyers and financial planners for guidance and advice. The new Living Well, Planning Well resources were developed to support Professionals and the Canadian public in this journey.
