Learn about the many steps that an Estate Planner may follow in supporting a client's art and collectibles ultimate disposition while avoiding common mistakes.

From discovery and goal setting questions, to design and execution of planning solutions, to preservation  and optimization of value transfers to the next gen or to a Museum.

We will touch on recurring issues and gaps that collectors should be aware of and attend to while alive (discussions with family about the art collection, cataloguing and raisonnes building, insurance and valuation, storage and condition reports, as well as contracts and Letters of understanding/undertakings with galleries or museums) and estate strategies (Testamentary bequests, multiple wills, trusts, holding companies-LLCs where beneficiaries will own an interest instead of art piece, private museums and post-mortem auctions or donations et Alia).

Registration $15 - Limited complimentary registration for first-time guests.

No charge for EPC Canada Members.
