A Fireside Chat with Two Giants in the Canadian Investment Industry

Meet the man who manages NHL players' money during the pandemic.

Chris Moynes is the Managing Director of ONE Sports + Entertainment Group, and a Senior Financial Advisor with Aligned Capital Partners Inc. ONE Sports + Entertainment focuses on the unique needs of professional athletes and entertainers. His expertise in working with this niche clientele is highlighted in his publication, The Pro’s Process™: An Expert’s Approach to Wealth Management for Professional Athletes. He has developed this book to help clients avoid a number of “land mines” faced by professional athletes. Chris has delivered comprehensive, integrated financial solutions, custom-designed for each client for over twenty years. Previously, Chris was an advisor with the RBC Sports & Entertainment Group for ten years, and prior to that, an advisor and associate with Assante Capital Management for ten years. Chris resides in Toronto with his wife and children.

Dr. Riley Moynes is a successful author and outstanding public speaker.

Using his experience as a Financial Advisor and Founding Partner of Assante Wealth Management, he wrote the groundbreaking financial planning guide entitled 'The Money Coach', which was a consistent best-seller through six editions. This was followed by the popular 'Four Phases of Retirement', and several other though provoking books.

Following a successful 20-year career as an educator, he turned his talents to the financial services sector, launching a wealth management firm which grew to include offices in several cities. He was an early recipient of the Dalbar Financial Professional Seal as one of the country’s most trusted financial advisors. His biography appears in Canadian Who’s Who, Who’s Who in Canadian Business and the International Who’s Who in Education.

We will also be drawing names for book give-aways at this event - first 50 registrants are eligible.
