Canada's National Institute on Aging recommends support for Canadians to lead healthy and active lives for as long as possible.

Join us for this online event where you will learn about strategies for healthy aging - which will benefit you as an Advisor - and your clients as well.

We are working from home, getting out less, and moving less.  This online class will give you an opportunity to stretch your muscles and stretch your mind.


Kelly Yee, founder of Avatara Yoga will lead you through a gentle class and talk about how to get your aging family members and clients more active and healthy.

No special equipment needed - wear loose clothing and set out a yoga mat if you have one.  www.avatarayoga.com.

Kelly Yee, founder of Avatara Yoga, holds an MSc, BCom and, is a certified Yoga Instructor with specialized training from Duke Integrative Medicine in yoga for aging and those living with ailments, such as cancer and chronic pain. Her teaching experience includes adult and seniors’ classes, kid’s wellness, one-on-one therapy, specialized workshops, online and, public speaking. Practicing Yoga inspired her to research the health effects of the practice, to apply traditional yoga with evidence-based knowledge in her teachings. Her life-long goal is to advocate for learning and healthy aging.
